Fitness & Nutrition coaching focuses specifically on aspects of diet, physical activity, and goals related to physical health.
Health & Wellness Track
Health & Wellness coaching covers a broad range of topics which include nutrition and fitness, as well as stress reduction and other health-related behaviors.
Fitness & Nutrition Coaching
Fitness & Nutrition Discovery Session
Fitness and Nutritional Coaching consists of a 60 minute session. We will discuss your current eating and exercise habits as well as what goals you are working towards. We will develop a personalized plan which may include fitness, nutrition or a combination depending what goals you are setting. Follow-up session as needed.
Fitness & Nutrition Follow-Up Session
The Fitness & Nutrition Follow-Up Session is a 60 minute session. We will work together to ensure you have all the tools necessary to succeed with the goals you have set for yourself. We will continue to meet for goal setting, to provide accountability and motivation. You will be encouraged to discover and work on other areas of wellness as we move forward.
You are in control of what goals to set, timeframe and how you want to move forward with the coaching process.
Health & Wellness Coaching
Clear Quartz Discovery Session
Once you have had a consult and decide to move forward with the process, the next step is booking the Clear Quartz Discovery Session. The Discovery Appointment is 75 minutes. Prior to the appointment, you will be encouraged to fill out a Wellness Discovery Form. This document helps to establish a starting point and narrow down an area of focus. We will explore your vision, values and strengths. From here, you will book the Rose Quartz Focus Session.
Rose Quartz Focus Session
The Rose Quartz Focus Session is 60 minutes. You will choose a focus area, set a long-term goal and an action step. We will discuss potential challenges and support systems you have in place. Once an area of focus is set and you are working on your Personalized Wellness Plan, we will meet for Smokey Quartz Follow-Up Sessions as needed.
Smokey Quartz Follow-Up Session
The Smokey Quartz Follow-Up Session is a 60 minute session. We will work together to ensure you have all the tools necessary to succeed with the goals you have set for yourself. We will continue to meet for goal setting, to provide accountability and motivation. You will be encouraged to discover and work on other areas of wellness as we move forward. You are in control of what goals to set, timeframe and how you want to move forward with the coaching process.
Reiki
Reiki is a complimentary therapy or alternative health approach and a form of energy healing. It is a Japanese technique used for reducing stress, relaxation and to promote healing. Reiki is done by placing hands on or above the body and channeling an unseen life force energy that runs through living things. Reiki improves the flow of the life force energy and balances your energy.
Reiki "Tune-Up"
Reiki Tune-Up is a 30 minute session. It is ideal for teens and those who have a difficult time lying down for a full hour. You can lay or sit. The session includes chakra healing and alignment as well as vibrational healing through sound.
Reiki for Pain & Inflammation
Reiki for pain and inflammation is a 90 minute session. It includes everything in the Reiki Relax and Unwind session (energetic evaluation, chakra clearing and alignment, energy healing with natural crystals and vibrational healing through sound) as well as additional healing aids. The session also includes biofield body tuning forks, far infrared therapy and natural negative ions, and direct current (DC) energy targeted pain relief. The session will close with an optional oracle card message.
Reiki for Detoxification
Reiki for Detoxification and inflammation is a 90 minute session. It includes everything in the Reiki Relax and Unwind session (energetic evaluation, chakra clearing and alignment, energy healing with natural crystals and vibrational healing through sound) as well as additional healing aids. The session also includes infrared light therapy, Himalayan salt detoxification. The session will close with an optional oracle card message.
Sound Healing
So, what is sound healing? Sound healing is using the vibration created from the sound of instruments to promote physical, mental and emotional healing. Sound travels through waves. Sound waves change the energy of the body as it passes through it. This is why noises can cause you stress or make you feel relaxed. Sound waves move in frequency which is determined by the current vibration within the wave.
One of the main focuses of sound healing is balancing chakras. Chakras are believed to be a disk of energy. There are 7 main chakras in the body, from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. Each chakra has a various role. When chakras are out of balance, energy cannot flow. That is when problems arise. Each chakra has its own resonance and will respond to a specific sound.
Sound healing can also clarify thinking and concentration, increase physical activity, reduce stress, promote relaxation, and mind-body balance.
Group Sound Healing
Invite your partner or get a group of your friends and family together to immerse yourself in the vibrations of sound healing through the use of instruments such as crystal and bronze singing bowls, and an ocean drum. This session is 60 minutes long and includes a guided breathing exercise, sound healing and moment of reflection at the close of the session.
