Health and Wellness Coaching is an innovative and effective way to help Individuals achieve the goals they set for themselves. This is achieved by a process in which you work with a trained professional to evaluate your current lifestyle, habits, and needs. Then create and implement a personalized plan.
A Health Coach is a knowledgeable professional that uses an integrative approach to Health and Wellness, focusing on what matters to you rather than what’s the matter with you. A Health and Wellness Coach will take the time to understand your unique health and lifestyle needs and will support and guide you in choosing an area of focus in which you are ready to make some positive changes in.
Once you have an area of focus, we will work together to bring your Wellness Vision to life. We will set S.M.A.R.T goals, meet to discuss your achievements, set backs and how to overcome challenges preventing you from obtaining your goals. Small incremental changes made over time will help you to become the expert at your own transformation. Over time, these positive habits will become part of a new daily routine, leading to long-term success.

- Coaching services are limited in scope. Health and Wellness Coaches are unable to treat medical conditions or diagnose illnesses

- Health and Wellness Coaching effectiveness relies on the willingness of the client to provide accurate information, complete action steps and implement the provided plan in their daily life.
STEPS:
Consultation Appointment -If you are ready to get started, get all the initial information to be prepared for your Discovery Session. If you are still contemplating, have questions or need more information before making a commitment.
Clear Quartz Discovery Session- We will meet for 75 minutes to discuss some initial questions. We will look at what is important to you, what brings you joy and how your health ties into these things. We will discuss your Wellness Discovery self-assessment form in order to narrow down a focus area. At the conclusion of this appointment, you will decide if you feel ready to take the next step toward making some changes in your life.
Rose Quartz Focus Session- Once you have made the decision to make some changes, we will meet for a 60 minute Focus Session. This is where you will select a focus area, set a long-term goal and action step. We will discuss support systems you have in place as well as possible challenges and how to overcome them. We will continue to follow up as you make changes.
Smokey Quartz Follow-up Session- Once you have chosen an area of focus , we will continue our visits to set goals, action steps and work through challenges. Follow-Up Sessions are 60 minutes. Over time, visits may stretch to several weeks out. You may feel you have gained enough knowledge and are feeling confident that you will maintain these new healthy habits over time. You may also change your focus area as you start making changes and achieving goals.

I will provide education on topics we discuss throughout our visit. This information will pertain to what is needed to make healthier choices, reverse bad habits and manage stress as well as other things. I will provide clarification for things that may be new or unfamiliar ideas

I will follow-up on previously discussed topics and goals you have set for yourself. I will help you visualize and work toward achieving those goals on a daily basis by connecting your vision with your values and goals.
